Dennis and Wendy Moreau
My name is Dennis Moreau and I have been married to my wife, Wendy, for 14 years. We also have one son, Jackson, who is 8 years old. I have been in the Military since the age of 19, and hope to retire in about 7 years. Wendy is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with no plans to retire.
The year our son was born, in Ontario, it was a difficult one financially for us. We started thinking of other ways to make money and become more financially “free.” We attended our first real estate seminar, “Keyspire,” in 2015. The seed of wanting to invest in real estate took root. However, it was not until we moved to Alberta did the opportunity arise for us to buy our first rental property, a new build in Leduc, Alberta in 2020. Our business, “White Flower Real Estate Inc.,” was born in 2021 when our new property was rented out. This has been a profitable investment for us.
Since then, even though we have the means to purchase another property, we have been holding off to join forces with other investors in a joint venture partnership. We feel these joint partnerships will be very mutually beneficial. We believe in the power of real estate and are more than ready for our business to grow.
